Refund Policy

At NY Highway Use Tax, we strive to provide exceptional service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 12 hours of submitting your order.

Refund requests must be submitted via support@nyhighwayusetax.com.


2. Partial Refunds

If a refund is requested after 12 hours, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from each order.

The remaining balance will be refunded.


3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, it may take 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. How to Request a Refund

*Order number

*Reason for refund request


5. Non-Refundable Cases
We reserve the right to deny refunds for any of the following:

*Incomplete or inaccurate refund requests

*Fraudulent or abusive refund behavior
